You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete or correct it. You do not need an account, and you do not need to remember a booking number.

Fill this in and we will email you a confirmation. Before we act, we will check that you are the person the data belongs to — we may write back and ask you something only you would know. After that, the law gives us 30 days to answer.
