Terms of Service

Welcome to {{BUSINESS_NAME}}. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our online booking system and the services we provide through it. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

{{BUSINESS_NAME}}
{{BUSINESS_ADDRESS}}
{{BUSINESS_EMAIL_LINE}}Phone: {{BUSINESS_PHONE}}

Our booking system is hosted by {{RESERVLY_NAME}} (see Reservly's Terms of Service for the platform terms that apply in addition to these).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our booking system you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or, if younger, that you have the consent of a parent or guardian), that you have read these Terms, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our booking system.

3. Services Offered

We offer the services, events, or rentals described on our public booking page at {{BUSINESS_WEBSITE}}. Availability, pricing, and descriptions are shown at the time of booking and may change for future bookings without prior notice.

4. How Bookings Are Confirmed

When you submit a booking with us, confirmation takes place by {{BOOKING_CONFIRMATION_MODE}}. The booking page tells you which applies before you submit. You will receive an email once your booking is confirmed.

You may book services and rentals up to {{MAX_ADVANCE_DAYS}} days in advance, and there is a short minimum notice before a booking can start. Individual services, rentals and events may set their own booking windows and cut-off times — the booking page only offers you dates and times you can actually book.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations by customers: {{CANCELLATION_ALLOWED}}. Where cancellations are permitted, you must cancel at least {{CANCELLATION_NOTICE_HOURS}} hours before your booking is due to start — the appointment time for a service, the start of the hire for a rental, or the start time for an event. You may cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us {{BUSINESS_CONTACT_METHOD}}.

Cancellations made later than the notice period above, or failures to arrive, may result in a cancellation or no-show fee where permitted by applicable law. Any such fee will be shown at the time of booking.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling by customers: {{RESCHEDULE_ALLOWED}}, for services and rentals. Event tickets cannot be rescheduled — if you cannot attend, cancel under section 5 or contact us.

Where rescheduling is permitted, you must reschedule at least {{RESCHEDULE_NOTICE_HOURS}} hours before your booking is due to start — the appointment time for a service, or the start of the hire for a rental. A single booking may be rescheduled up to {{MAX_RESCHEDULES}} times.

7. Payment and Refunds

Prices are shown in {{BUSINESS_CURRENCY}} at the time of booking and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where online payment applies, payment is processed by {{PAYMENT_PROVIDER_NAME}}. {{PAYMENT_FACILITATOR}}

{{REFUND_TIERS_SUMMARY}} {{REFUND_BEHAVIOR_SUMMARY}} {{REFUND_SETTLEMENT_SUMMARY}} Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right to a refund you may have as a consumer under the laws of {{BUSINESS_COUNTRY}}.

8. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for a scheduled booking without cancelling in advance, we reserve the right to retain any deposit and to charge a no-show fee where disclosed at the time of booking and permitted by applicable law. {{NOSHOW_SUMMARY}} Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future bookings from you.

9. Your Obligations

When you use our booking system you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Arrive on time for your booking.
Follow any additional rules we communicate at the time of booking or on-site.
Not use the booking system to harass us, our staff, or other customers.
Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security of the booking system.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our booking pages — including text, images, logos, and layouts — is owned by {{BUSINESS_NAME}} or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view this content for the purpose of making a booking but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the booking system, which is subject to scheduled maintenance and occasional outages. Nothing in this section limits any guarantee or warranty that cannot be excluded under the law of {{BUSINESS_COUNTRY}} or any consumer-protection law that applies to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, {{BUSINESS_NAME}} and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our booking system or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless {{BUSINESS_NAME}} and its staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our booking system, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{BUSINESS_COUNTRY}}, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in {{BUSINESS_CITY}}, {{BUSINESS_COUNTRY}}, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring the claim in the jurisdiction where you live.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, please contact us {{BUSINESS_CONTACT_METHOD}} so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

15. Termination

We may refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion where you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or behaved in a way that we reasonably consider abusive to our staff or other customers. If we cancel a booking that you have paid for and that you have not breached these Terms, we will refund the amount paid.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will, where reasonable, be notified to you by email or by a notice on our booking page. Your continued use of our booking system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
